Yes, shopping at Fabulous Facets is safe. Every credit card purchase on Fabulous Facets is covered by our Fabulous Facets Safe Shopping Guarantee.

Guarantee Details:

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Fabulous Facets will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Fabulous Facets will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Fabulous Facets while using the secure server.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

If you are dissatisfied with an item, no problem! Ship it back to me within 5 business days of your receiving it, via Priority Mail (United States Postal Service), boxed, packed and insured for the item's value, the same way it was shipped to you.

Only the purchase price can be refunded. Fabulous Facets cannot refund postage or insurance.

We cannot accept returns of jewelry damaged after your receipt, either by breakage, distortion, loss of stones or other parts, by application of any testing methods or attempts to clean or polish it. Nor can we accept partial returns of matching sets or combinations. Please e-mail me in advance to let me know if you intend to return an item.
