Layaway Program

1) Only orders over $200.00 qualify for the Layaway Program. If you purchase one item, or several items, and your total order exceeds $200.00, you are elligible.

2) If you decide to participate in the Layaway Program, I require a non-refundable 40% deposit in order to place the item(s) on hold for you. The item(s) you wish to buy will be placed on hold for one week. If your payment is not received in 7 days from the date the order was placed, the item(s) will be removed from "hold" status and placed back up for sale to other customeres.

3) The second payment of 30% will be due within 30 days of the date of your order.

4) The final payment of 30% plus shipping charges will be due within 60 days of the date of your order.

5) If you change your mind, the 40% deposit is non-refundable

6) The Layaway Program is available to residents of the United States only.

7) Items purchased via the Layaway Program are not returnable.

8) I will e-mail you a payment schedule once. If payments are not made in a timely manner, as specified above, your order will be cancelled automatically, your 40% down-payment will be forfeited (i.e. will not be refunded), and the item(s) will be returned to this web site for sale to other customers. I do not send out payment reminders. Timely payment will be your responsibility. Therefore, it's important to remember that lack of timely payment will be construed as a cancellation of your order by you, and your 40% down-payment will be forfeited.

9) Only personal checks, money orders or postal orders can be accepted for Layaway. I do not accept credit cards or PayPal for Layaway transactions.

10) If you wish to proceed with the Layaway Program, go ahead and use the Fabulous Facets Shopping Cart System. Be sure to check the 5th payment option, "Order by Check/Money Order through Postal Mail". During the check out process, there will be a box where you can type in your comments. Type in the box "Layaway", and I will email you with a payment schedule. The shopping cart system will issue you a final receipt which will state the total of your order and the address where to mail your payment. Please keep this receipt for your records, but I will e-mail you with further details regarding how and when to make your payments. Thank you for participating in this interest-free program!
