Sea Biscuit! NWS 8-466 ~ This sterling horse head brooch makes me think of Sea Biscuit! The brooch shows great detail of bridle and beautiful, 3 dimensional face; this was created separately, then soldered onto the horse shoe beneath, for added dimension ~ A sterling horse shoe and riding crop form the background ~ Swivel-head safety clasp ~ Measures 2.5" wide and 1" high ~ Possibly made during WWII; original patina (has not been polished) Price = |
