Swarovski Maltese Cross Crystal & Gold Bracelet

~ As you know, Swarovski is famous for producing the finest crystals in the world. Their jewelry is simply superior in every way. Swarovski is an Austrian success story par excellence. At the end of the 19th century Daniel Swarovski founded a company with the aim to cut crystals automatically. The company was enormously successful and soon worked in numerous fields like the production of optical products, abrasives and grinding tools, the cutting of crystals and the manufacturing of decorative stones made from crystal. Those were mostly used for the jewelry and fashion industries, as chandelier parts, as accessories and as beads and ornaments for attire and jewelry. Swarovski's necklaces, pins and earrings are popular worldwide. Swarovski's crystal beads are also used to adorn dresses, shoes and handbags. By this they have entered the realm of haute-couture, James Bond movies, Hollywood celebs and Oscar night fashion talk.

~ This is a beautiful Swarovski bracelet! It bears the famous Swarovski mark on the reverse, the swan.

~ The heavy, goldtone box chain is thick and 3D which means that it has four sides to it.

~ The focal piece is absolutely gorgeous with ruby, emerald, sapphire, and diamond crystals, in varying shapes of faceted squares and pear shapes, all of which have been bezel set into the goldtone metal.

~ At the center is a large, square cut, faux diamond. Surrounding this stone are several faceted, faux diamond chatons that  have been set into rhodium plated metal, for a stunning contrast. The luster of the silvery metal really sets the crystals off!

~ Bracelet measures a whopping 8.75" long (can be shortened easily by a jeweler in about 2 seconds); the chain itself measures 3/8" wide; the Maltese cross at the center measures 1 3/8" across.
