Large Pot Metal and Rhinestone Bow Brooch

~ Handed down from the past, this 1930's brooch is like an old family quilt.  Every color under the sun is represented here: ruby, aqua, emerald, sapphire, citrine, pale pink, topaz, pale blue, pale green, deep pink and clear; and there's every kind of stone cut too: emerald-cut, chatons, ovals, baguettes, marquises.... You name it, it's here!

~ Surrounding the faceted, faux, ruby marquis in the center are 23 glass seed pearls in a clean, white color.

~ This is an old pot metal brooch, most likely silver-plated at one time; that plating is long gone now!  But it's one of the most beautiful pins I've ever seen.

~ Brooch measures a staggering 3 5/8" wide and 2.75" high.
