High Noon!

Adorable Cowboy Brooch

NWS 5-1280

~ It's not an easy job, bein' sheriff.... but somebody's gotta do it.

~ This adorable brooch is not just another figural. When you hold it in your hands, you'll be amazed at the workmanship that went into it, as well as the details. For example, notice that he is ever so slightly bow legged from too many hours in the saddle! How adorable.

~ His cowboy boots are covered with pavé-set, faceted, faux diamonds. His entire body is plated in chromium. He wears a silver "neckerchief", a 10 gallon hat, chaps, and a wide belt with the sheriff's star for a buckle.

~ His belly is one huge faceted, emerald cut, faux diamond, while his head is a large, faceted round crystal. His hands are denoted with 2 faceted marquis crystals, at the end of his articulated arms that move as you do.

~ And so do his legs! If you look at the back of the brooch, you'll see that his legs are attached to his body with tiny springs which make him dance about on your lapel! It just doesn't get any cuter than this!

~ I think there may have been a charm hanging from his right hand (maybe a rope charm?), but it has long since been lost. Dangling at his left side is his six shooter, engraved with all details like barrel, trigger, etc..  He's ready to protect the town, and Grace Kelly, from the bad guys. (Grace Kelly seen here with Gary Cooper in "High Noon", 1952).
