Spectacular Coro Duette NWS 15-1136 ~ This is by far the prettiest and most sophisticated Coro Duette I've ever seen. They're all really neat, mind you, but this one is simply spectacular! ~ This is also the largest Coro Duette I've ever seen, measuring 3.5" wide and 1.5" high ~ The Duette is covered with faceted, pavé-set crystals that are seated in rhodium plated metal ~ Marked "Coro Duette" on the reverse and "Pat.No. 1798867", which is a patent for the clip mechanism; from my research at the United States Patent Office, where I found this patent filing, I found that the patent is dated May 29, 1930 c. 1930, in absolutely mint condition, all stones are in perfect to near perfect condition and all are original; it's as if someone carefully packed this away and never wore it, it's that perfect!
