~ There are 22 square-cut, faceted black crystals that have been bezel-set into square, goldtone settings; these are unusual stones, as the more common "emerald cut" is rectangular, not square

~ There are 23 large, faceted simulated diamonds in an appealing oval shape, in 2 different sizes, and each of them is perfectly clear and sparkling; the larger ovals measure 7/8" long!

~ Another indicator of quality is the fact that the stones go all the way to the back of the necklace, so if your hair is short, or if you plan to wear your hair up, the back is just as chic as the front

~ As you can see from the 3rd photo, the necklace has an extension chain and hook, making the length adjustable from slightly over 17" long, down to 16.25" long; the center dangle is 3.25" long
